Ifanta, kill list is not a valid proof. There is also no way to tell whether you were teaming with them or not, but if you were close enough, you risked being damaged by the tank gun. That innocent who got killed (on the kill list) might had only touched the tank or got lightly rammed or damaged by fire, kill list would still give credit to Vietnamese. Happened many times. I once killed a person using heliblade and kill list said it was fist. That's why in 95% cases kill list isn't a valid proof
[Lsrcr]Lolmomlol, you have 3 screenshots of Vietnamese killing someone with a sniper. I won't even bother commenting this. And yes, /su timer counts until you die. If you were sued 10 min ago, you don't need to be sued again (unless you died), considering you were wanted all the time.
If a suspect is in air, you may engage him using Hunter. If someone is in a car and stunting in air, that means he's airborne(according to the army rules which were written long before I came) and can be shot using hunter's minigun until he's back on ground. There is no proof that he was shooting at you while you were on the ground. Your car could've got on fire while you were in air and burned while you were on ground.
However, as there are 2 reports on Vietnamese and several people complaining, I'll talk to him and remind him of the army rules and risks that he shouldn't take.
