Not reading how to apply correctly, logically tells me he probably didn't even read the army rules either. Why would he if he did not even bother to read the rules on how to apply? Not knowing how to apply correctly shows no thought or care.

If you do not know the template, you have 1day to read How To Apply topic.

If you already know the template, but did not use the secret word, that means you ignored the rules, so yeah, 7days are enough/nice punishment for you for not reading the rules.

It's just indirect.

If you don't know the template, you clearly didn't give a minute effort in your application wherefore the person who ignored template should wait more than someone who forgets his secret word. Also, there are no exceptions from forgetting only the secret word and not posting a whole template. In additional to that, the General even mentioned him not to forget the secret word, which I think is not allowed.

If you forget only the secret word that does not make you "ignoring the rules", it means that you're a normal human being who forgets those things. You may not oppression anyone for forgetting a thing.

After all, the user who posted this topic clearly was clearly unfairly denied (since the other person who didn't put the secret word had 24 hours to fix their application).

@Realize, this is a General discussion, and Army is also in a General discussion, therefore he can post anything that troubles him where. I would advise him, for the next time, to post this kind of topics into Army section.

Actually LIv, I get your point, but everything would be fair, judging from Melisos' application, his capacity of applying or knowing things isn't enough to be so, from his application, I bet he still is near 6-8 years old or even less, with this condition, let us assume that he/she might not just have read the rules or didn't know a single thing about an application, he wasn't even able to make a proper template of the application. But, in your case, from your application itself, we can conclude that you really had the knowledge, the capacity to make one, and the idea of how to submit an application, so for me, since you have already read and knew how things go, the only challenge left for you is to apply and remember everything, and it isn't really unfair, since both applicant are different from each other, and their applications weigh depending on how they did it, furthermore, privileges are also different from each other.

Fairness is different from Equality. Equality is what we should understand.

He can have a friend over Skype that will tell him it all, or just saved it on his phone *also stares at Santiago*
