Technically the tester is right, your answer is only half-correct. You could have found your answer in the FAQ or how to apply guide (I remember writing it somewhere like a year ago, it must be there). However, since your rules score is 3.75 and you failed on a trick question I'd have asked you an 11th question to determine if you pass or fail. The official protocol doesn't include this as you may have noticed.
