I don't know, but it was cool before the /lock update(when they removed /lock for bikes), cause sometimes you get jacked off from one of the vehicles you mentioned above or bikes and that's annoying.
It was cool before, nobody cried about it, but since this server is a roleplay one, they should remove the locks on the vehicles with no doors I guess.
So, I wouldn't recommend removing /lock for more vehicles, but since it wouldn't be logical, I guess there's no choice.

Vortex is the most important thing to disable /lock on, other ones not needed
