Community does not need players which are too lazy to learn simply English. It is not hard to enter all rules in the google translator in case you are too lazy and ignorant.
I wouldn't call them 'ignorant' for not understanding the English language properly. Like you said in a previous post above, this is an international server therefore you shouldn't expect everyone to know how to speak English. It is not easy when you've been raised up and are used to speaking your native language, to quickly be able to learn English. Also, although google translate is quite commonly used, it does not always output the correct translation, for this reason I would suggest language sections to be added to the forums and a moderator should be assigned to maintain the specific language section. Also, I would suggest writing the rules in various languages so players would have no excuse for not understanding them.

One simply does not know what an ignorant person is.

First and foremost, if this is an international server, therefore, I expect everyone to speak basic English otherwise you can go to Russian server with your friends. It is really easy to learn how to speak proper English, it is even easier to learn 100 basic words to understand LS-RCR rules.

Google Translation translates sentences wrongly, but the meaning of the sentence is same/nearly the same. Furthermore, I don't think that Google Translation will translate "Don't abuse any commands in the server" to "You cannot buy 3 puppets in the store".

If I am correct, there are already rules on few different languages @ Forums.

You need to be extra ignorant not to understand rules
I stick with your reason kaos.

I'm gonna give this a positive because then those who are purposely speaking Spanish can't say "no entendo" or how ever it's spelled when you try to tell them to speak English in main chat when the admins aren't around. most of the ones I've seen that do it are doing it intentionally I have tested this theory a few times and gotten that result, but there are those who are being honest. Ether way it's a good idea all around.
