You sure you put the right files into right folder(s) ? Also, you need asi loader and cleo 4 for this mod, do you have it ?

i have cleo 4 but what's asi loader ?
if is like cleo 4 give me link and show me how i active it or put the files or use it

download asi loader and put the files into your gta sa folder, you don't need to activate it, it works automatically.

i didn't understand anny think from asi loder i download asi and give me to files vorbisHooked.dll and vorbisFile.dll and replace it and still not activated the mod give me line of asi loader and write me the stapes

Is this fixed, you should try manually installing this mod, it might fix the issue.
