As Joao said, the reason sucks, there's no other word for it, your test including all parts of it is bad, you are recently unbanned, your English is awful if you ask me (i only care about it being understandable-i don't care about typos, but i don't find it understandable at all for me when we talk/you talk in game with English), next time, i want to see a good reason, a better test, that's all what i can say. - You may re-apply after 1 week.
