Signature Requet forum. Under The bar section

There are like three active signature request topics, these will get inactive after a while. The subforum will be death in less then two months and nobody will post there because it's inactive...

Personally I feel the forum is becoming cluttered with new sections and subsections. So I won't be adding this.
