I already made another suggestion, saying that if you hit someone with a gun (you police and he criminal) and he quits the game then he gets auto jailed. Anyways newbies wont know the rules and they will do it.

The funny thing is that newbies rarely quit in order to avoid getting killed or arrested, they will just try to run or fight holding their default weapons. Believe me.

By the way, no, why do you have to shoot a criminal first to be considered as 'chasing'?

You can say that for every single rule, example; you may put a hit on a newbie, then he leaves (rule-breaking) cuz he 'does not know the server rules'.

If he doesn't come back within 30 mins, then it's not a big deal, if he comes within 2 mins, it clearly is an abuse of /q command.

I generally think this need to be add but we from justice side don't have so much supporters :/...Thank you for that.It's so anoying that when player leave server when I manage to take his armour down and 90% of his main health.I don't see the problem of being killed.I rather accept death and try to kill player who killed me than doing /q and rejoin the server because one death.I think it should be like /kill for wanted suspects,so they can't use /q command while they are wanteds.If they however manage to quit game on other ways,they should be jailed.
Also have to mention this:

Sometimes important things take less than 30 mins.
Also, people who do that on purpose, it backfires x10 on them in many ways, and you know what I am talking about.
