As far as I remember, you get your weapons back when you leave alcatraz, or maybe this is bugged.

You only get them back if you entered as 'visitor' and not when being arrested.

So you get arrested, you get disarmed aswell, then you get released, you are able to buy weapons, you rob/rape a player that just got released like you and you kill him? No, you get jailed in order to understand your mistake and it is supposed (even if it's a game) for you not to commit any crime after getting released from it. Providing weapons and in some cases, free weapons (when it comes to Bounty Hunters) is totally refuting what I said.

All in all, it seems that you suggested that cuz you are either lazy to drive back to LS or just don't want to lose 1 score which isn't a big deal at all.

Correct me if I am wrong, but there should always be a valid reason in order to hit someone, otherwise hitting randomly players is counted as rulebreaking, right?

So how and why would someone hit you while you are serving your jail time? And when you get released, why would someone place a hit on you? For passing down the road? As long as you don't commit any crime after getting released from jail, you don't have to actually worry.

You can place a hit on someone for killing you/shooting you & so on, but since you got jailed, I don't think someone would place a hit on you.

However, you may got a hit placed on you before you got arrested, but this happens once in a while. You should be very 'lucky' in order to achieve that, having a hit placed on you, then getting arrested & released seeing 2-3 hitmen outside waiting for you.
