^, maybe there ain't hitmen around you, in this situation it should be allowed but you shouldn't stay inside for too long, maybe atleast to take some weapons then go out?

Why go out? You paid $12 to use the donators dome .. not only for weapons but for the games too. If you were not chased in then it doesn't matter if you are in there.
