-1 this has never been a problem in the past. If you think someone is breaking a rule, no matter if they're undercover etc, simply /report [ID] [Reason] or submit a forum report.

Also, there's /ignore [ID] ingame and there has been for a while.

Sometimes, you don't feel like logging on with your main account and having to talk to anyone. That's why you join with a different name, so you can enjoy the game.
If the UC account is annoying you, report it, and the staff will ban the main account as well.
