You will have to get gta3 file if you didn’t make a backup before you installed any mods.

You need a snipercrosshair to replace your current one, if you dont have one, you can't do it

for example, download this one: http://www.mediafire.com/file/t672f7aax ... sshair.png

then you open your sniper.txd with txd workshop - you click on the 2nd one "SNIPERcrosshair.txd" and replace it with the .png (import -> click your crosshair.png -> its imported -> click save) then you just add your sniper.txd with an IMG editor like normal
