+ vortex drivers are easy to snipe out.

You've to get them firstly to ram then, which is hard due to the Rhino is slow as fuck and you can't canon push as the Vortex is most likely in a crowded area.

And not everyone is pro with the Sniper like you .

Bro, vortex is slower than a tank. Chased yesterday one and threw him out of the curve yo.
What about using the rockets of the hunter instead mg against vortex with su?

Considering we're already a lot stronger in comparison with criminals, editing such rule would only make us even stronger, and demotivate people to donate (3$) for Vortex. Even though this is in our interest and your suggestion is great, we have to think about the general server balance too. There are tactics to take down Vortex easily without the need of army vehicles.
