Sorry, but if I was "leaving" my helicopter, the helicopter would be next to me. Funny though that they came to me whilst I was on the roof, so no, I was not leaving the helicopter.

Could you, also, consider lying to Generals while making the decision?
So you're telling me you're not next to the Maverick?
If I was exiting a marverick, it would next to me and I cannot see marverick on the first picture.

Marverick was near me but not next to me and you cannot shoot a player if a marverick is next to the suspect (as far as I know). So yeah, I was not exiting the marverick, furthermore marverick will be, obviously, near to me since I had to leave that vehicle before.
As for e.e, I am glad that you showed your mods, they're cute.

As I already stated, I could only see a spinning rotor blade and not the person as there was a wall/roof between it.

I bet that there was no spinning rotor but is your lame excuse of violating tank rules once again.

I say there was, you say there wasn't. Lets see what John has to say.

Do you have anything to prove your claims or is it just an excuse?

Read what I've written above.

This report made me laugh. I have no idea why you guys are making the argument more complicated.

Kaosx, don't accuse someone of lying if you don't have any solid proofs to prove your own words. I don't see any rule breaks in your proofs, because I see a shot only which didn't even take your damage. Consider that the screens don't show the same things to ours while playing due to bugs and lags. So, I'm going to close this case.

No action will be taken due to lack of proofs!
