Well that isn't a sufficient reason to want it gone. If they're not reporting the deathmatchers then you wait until it happens at least 3 times to you and ether make an in-game report (if the admins are on) or make a report with more then just a kill list. Take a screenshots that catch them in the act and allow the admins time to investigate the report and make a final verdict.

and when do u use chainsaw for fun u use it for 1 dm which is not reportable
so u kill 1 guy withh chainsaw and u wont get any warning for it
