I can vote whenever I please on what I feel should and shouldn't be implemented in the game. being active or inactive doesn't mean I don't have the right to vote. so because I'm still a part of this community and still want to be involved in it I will vote on the stuff that I feel like voting on. Its not like I chose to be inactive in the first place.
