Mate you need to at least it 10sec no more
You guys can make it like 10-5secs lol because all guys newbies veteran players can write /are in 1-2-3 cuz its not hard just 2 little

yes cuff time should be decreased to 20secnds, why always use /bc and get wanted for cuff abuses and why wait 30 secnd for a cuff abuse and by the way if a cop cuffs wanted he can use /ar in just 2-5 secnds
and it doesn't take much time to search players too so i think cuff time should be decreased to 20secnds.
