If it is a signficantly smaller punishment, implement a cooldown for the command because you could easily scoreboost LEOs with it.

Army is forced to use /su (render) before engaging but when they give up we still blow them up.. +1 for S.W.A.T and cops but -1 for army since its a deadly force.
