-1 due to the fact that most cops are usually near the bank when it opens so that'd put those who want to buy supplies at a disadvantage.

It's still pointless to rob the bank as there's more reward camping at claude and robbing the guy who robbed it.

Robbing the bank is near impossible when the server is heavy LEO based ATM.

Why is everyone voting -1? Lol, try using logic and you will see that's totally fine. However, this should get only added if supplies bag gets added too (just like drug bag) and being buy-able at 24/7 shops.

Make the supplies cost 1m pls. Coz every reward has it risk
