Windows 7 was pretty stable as everyone knows, it was the new Windows XP back in the day. I am the kind of person that like the newest features so I kept on upgrading from Windows 8/8.1 and up to 10.

Windows 10 is pretty stable and boots MUCH WAY faster than the older systems. Most of the things remained the same, however I also love the smoothness on the UI which Windows 10 brings.

Im 100% with this. We share opinions.
And finally, update is not something you run away (compared to older ones).

I use it as my main OS (school, programming, fb, youtube, google).
Though i might back to Linux once i finish college, as it, slightly more, fits to my profession and daily use.

Yes i do. It's pretty much same as on Linux. Sometimes even easier (most of the time).
The only two reasons i prefer Linux over windows are terminal manipulation/use and servers setup
(speaking of web development, as i do it mostly).

Many people say windows is shit to program on and one SHOULD NOT program on windows at all, but linux. But those people are usually 12 years old kids wanna-be hackers to look 1337. It is true that linux is better, but it all depends on the situation and environment, not everybody has same requirements and customers.

I like win 7 I hated win 8 and have little experience with win 10 but if it forces updates while I'm playing games I'll hate it and if it doesn't have an option to ask if I want to update I just won't bother with it.

I had 10, was good but some games didn't run that well on it.
However, I updated my MSI Driver, restarted pc and whoops, a system32 file was gone! Rip.

Back to 7, no problems.
