You could rent your house for how much you would want to another person, but not for less than 3 days. And, if your house is on rent, you wouldn't have the chance to spawn there. It wouldn't become un donated. So, there could be an icon ''House For Rent'' and you could see the price, it would be taken to you per 24 hours. So, the owner could sent the maximum and minimum days for a house to be rent and the one which pays for it would chose how many days would he want the rant (3 or more based on how much the owner set it for). It would bring a lot interest to cophunters and others.
