OT:
Go to Your PC > Documents > GTA San Andreas User Files > Find Gta_sa.set and Delete it. Then Open up Samp.exe and then try to Connect. If successful you should be good to go and all you have to do is just do your settings again (Like your Mouse sens, Resolution, Brightness etc)
If it still doesn't work, Please reply back.
