Forum rules
No Spamming/Advertising which includes:
  1. Posting the same or similar content more than once
  2. Advertising another business/server/project/etc.
  3. Advertising anything other than things that have to do with Ls-rcr (general links are allowed as long as it doesn't violate any other forum rules).
We could both agree that he was posting some let's-say funny pictures and memes (at least from yesterday) [search his posts]. Today he made only 4 posts. Not sure how is it spamming or/and advertising. His posts should be posted here, that is a mistake, but he was probably not even warned regarding his mistake but an immediate ban. That is the problem alongside that one admin on the same day did NOT find anything wrong with him and another admin DID.
So now the issue is that he wasn't warned?

He knew what he was doing was wrong, but he kept on doing it.

I'd expect this sort of topic from him once he came back but not from someone completely unrelated to the scenario.

Must've skipped those comments, sorry for my ignorance then.

No staff member will apologise here, and I don't think they should. As said before each admin isn't the same, they are not a robot who copies 100% the others. We are all different and as such punishments will sometimes differ between punishments.

I am not talking about one player. I am talking about this: "there were 2 players: A and B. Player A reported player B, One admin banned player A (because B did nothing wrong but A insulted him), few hours ago, another admin banned player B (because A used light insults but B broke rules). It happened on the same report."

Obviously, if there was only one player rule breaking, one admin would ban the person for one week, another maybe for 3 days, but its not that case. The case is that one admin thinks how something is not rule breaking AT ALL whilst another thinks and punishes harshly.

Deal with it

Next time you have concerns about administrators doing their job, use a PM function.

The player that wasn't banned instantly was discussed internally before banning and therefore he wasn't banned at the same point of time.

I understand that you'd really like to complain about these things once you see them, but please do send me a PM and ask for clarification every now and then because you are too ignorant to understand how we actually work.
