This is a samp bug caused by lag, the lag i would assume came from the syncing system being screwed up due to the timeouts. As far as we know the admins are working at fixing it whatever the problem really is.

No more of these topics need to be made for the admins are already aware of this and fixing it asap so my suggestion to you and anyone who's reading this, is to be patient and allow the admins time to get this fixed.

It's not even a ddos there were some issues with SQL and I believe they have been sorted - just waiting for confirmation

Around the same time, not at the exact time it happened the first time and no, it happens when there's a lot of people (more then 30) are on. From what I've noticed.
