Not sure about the first but it seems a great idea.

Regarding the second suggestion, positive but cops/criminals shouldn't be able to kick anyone because it will get abused.

I think the third suggestion got denied in the past so yeah.

Suggestion 3 about locking houses when you're in them is denied. It's fairly obvious why.
