Althought I'm not a SWAT member but I'm +1 on this. Yes voting before the applicant gets tested is unprofessional.
I don't even remotely agree with this. Voting on an applicant you don't know who hasn't been tested yet would certainly be unprofessional, but in a lot of cases you should be able to make a good vote before the test. An example would be an applicant who has been tested several times, or someone whon you've played a lot which and already know is skilled enough.

The point that some of SWAT members are just voting Negative because they don't like applicant's attitude, that applicant might be skilled, experienced, active and has a good attitude except with a few players and that can't be reason to no join a faction. So vote aftet the test so you might give Neutral becausr of his perfect results or something.

Well, I believe attitude plays an enormous role in an application, because it is much easier to improve in-game skills, than it is to change someone, and as we all know, many applicants do change their attitude once they are accepted.

In terms of voting, as I mentioned before, it is in my opinion not a problem to vote before the test results. I would vote someone a negative vote just based on his attitude, if it is not to my liking, and I have every right to point out my opinion, via my vote. That is why we have a voting system. So I am going -1 on this, I really think it is not important if we vote before or after the test, as long as the vote is properly made, and professional. Besides, it's obvious that we vote before the test only in case of applicant having a terrible attitude, not because we don't know him. If you don't know someone, you wait after the test.

Your suggestion: Disallow members to vote before the applicant get tested.
Reason: It's not professional to let S.W.A.T. Members vote randomly vote before even the testers reply with "Thank you for choosing swat..." may you guys find it normal and okay, but i guess we need to make it organized, so i hope to see your opinions.

Applicant has been tested before (not first time application), applicant has been S.W.A.T. member previously (left S.W.A.T. group) and people know hi/his skills.

Suggestion denied.
