Verify the .dff and .txd files of all skins in the first page. Use IMG tool, DFF Viewer and TXD Workshop.

Delete syst...... GTA SA and reinstall it from stolenshit . Org (not a real site, just a nickname to say torrent)

Skin dialog crash can be happen because of 2 problems

1- Using any weapon on body mods
(If you use this mod then whenever you goto skin dialog it will get crashed)

2- Using an skin mods which is not supporting the default skin in GTA San Andreas

That's because of mods , me as well Have this problem before after Deleting mods and I've re-installed SA-MP as well. It's fixed.
