Even though there are too many criminals around SA, the bomb might be way too op sometimes. We need to remember that we should keep things balanced, so we can have some entertain. So, if you kill 2 guys with a bomb, you just enter and do the commands. Same for the other members. In my opinion, this is way too op and i don't think the criminals would like that.

I have considered adding another bomb pickup for higher ranks only, but where would you guys want it if so? I think LSPD would make it a bit too easy to get it back but Dillimore would perhaps be okay.
