I believe Jace is referring to the second amendment which allows american household owners to protect their premises with guns.

I just watched it on the news, and their is no justification for their actions. They aren't fighting about the man who was shot dead nor the girl who was man handled by police, they are using them as an excuse.

Using a persons death to loot, riot and take advantage is horrible and dispicable

This happens everyday in Pakistan. Not just because of people dying. Trust me over 150+ people die everyday only in Karachi. It's a bloody warzone.
