For all, Who asked why you need to lock your car from outside even when nobody else can drive your vehicle.
This idea came into my mind when a newbie asked me how to lock his car from outside, as it is realistic i decided to suggest it in lower priority.
Because this will be a good addition, but no problem if it's gets rejected.
If you were driving your car, and left/time'd out server and later you come back and see your car, you will be able to un-lock and and drive it again.
