If this will be implemented this is how it should work.
Player A goes to the bank and takes a loan for example let's say 2 million. He already has 1 million in his account and now the 2 million ,all 3.lets say the player is on an uc account and wants to scam. He got 3 mil right now,1 mil from his normal duties or however he got them and 2 mil as a loan.if he wants to transfer all 3 mil to his main account ,the bank wouldnt let you and it would say that you cant leave 0 money in your account,you should at least leave 2 million (how much money you need to return) on your account thus not being able to scam

What is the point of having a loan if you are not able to spend it, though?

What about making it to not be able to send it as i mentioned but you can spend it?

+1 if there is a minimum score & activity limit (which of course would be there if this gets implemented) and the maximum amount someone can load = 1000 times their score (1000*score).
