Than, without Bluetooth, am I able to use Bluetooth for remote speakers, my helmet (yes, a helmet) and my Apple Watch?

I build a Bluetooth receiver into it with speakers and a microphone.
Apple devices (all of them) have Bluetooth, so yeah...
