Huge +1, would really want this suggestion to be implemented.

I like this suggestion and honestly it has to be implemented into the server, Since it has been suggested before and accepted. I would like to suggest on it.
1-You can decide for your own house to be rented or not.
2-There must be a minimum and maximum for renting from 10k to 500k.
3-The money automatically will be transferred to the owner's bank account.
4-You will keep respawning in the house until you find another house to rent "You decide to leave or not".
5-You can still rent other players' houses even when you already own a house. "But you can only rent 1 house"
6-A command like /rentroom when you stand near the house you wish to rent, then you will be able to spawn there!

There is also a similar suggestion which has been accepted and waiting to be implemented. I asked CXdur about the date when it will be implemented but he didn't give me an exact date,replying to me "It is alot of work to do,I also got other responsibilites.It might take a year or so."

So I think the topic must be closed.

It has been accepted already. Currently the Developers are too busy, therefore it might take some time to get implemented, from weeks to months.
