Your suggestion:Adding nails drop in the swat car
Reason: I was thinking about making chasing suspects easier and the driver can practically share in that by adding nails the can be droped by a button which will pop the suspect's tires much easier and avoiding to blow suspect's car and decrease the probability to kill the suspect.

/roadblock is made for a reason, more efficient and reliable to use.
