We will probably add some rules soon because not all of them are in the list on the forums.
Cuffing a hitman as a cop is fine and I don't think it should be removed. You can easily report those who cuff/uncuff hitmen just so they can get a kill on them. There is also a rule already regarding this.
As for pressing G in order to avoid getting damage for now is allowed and we will probably add it in the rules section. Players are also allowed to press G and stay there even when they are not taking drugs, as long as they don't shoot back.
