'Police' is a publicly available class that everyone can spawn as from the moment you register your Lsrcr account.

-1, it's a completely different situation.
Also, there's Police VIP if you want this - I personally don't see the point as there's a 24/7 right round the corner from LSPD that you can go and purchase this sort of thing.

3 injections really aren't worth it - suggestion denied.
