The issue is most people only want to look at the expectation without even considering the negative or the reality (not saying you personally are doing that), sure if it was implemented in a manner that is more balanced it will possibly be fun but the reality is that it won’t be used unless it gives them what they want instantly and if they spend but and not get anything they’ll complain constantly and call it a shit system which will then not be used at all and just be another abandoned feature in the game, take duel cards for an example they aren’t used often because they would rather cop hunt since it’s free and they don’t have to donate or give anything they have towards getting anything out of it. It sucks but that’s how lsrcr is these days, hell I wouldn’t even consider my old suggestion as useful these days because of how the playbase has become simplistic and only striving for useless stats and not for what is fun, unique or interesting.Indognito wrote:All this is in reality is you buying and selling non-existent items that you do not own or ever see on a market system that is a scam for people so rich they couldn’t care if they lost a lot of money, why do you want to bring something like that to lsrcr? This isn’t Wall Street and half of the players wouldn’t even know how to successfully use the system that’s mostly designed to con them out of their money in a manner similar to gambling.I just thought that this could be an interesting addition to make the money flow a little bit more dinamic to incentivate investments, buying, robbing and arresting.
i understand what your intentions are in this aspect but it really won’t encourage gameplay anymore then not adding this due to most people these days only caring about something that Ether is handed to them on a silver platter, increases their stats or puts them on some useless leaderboard,
It's a gamble? In a way yes, but, with proper adjustments, people could get good at this and have more benefits than losses.
