Yes, it can be fitted inside. Just why not to increase the time period of such vehicles (tank ) for fixing?
For now, if you take a tank inside the pay and spray, if you have the hp more than 1000 , it would turn the hp to 1000.
So yeah, just why not to increase the time period in fixing such big vehicles instead of turning its hp to 1000.

just make it possible to repair the the tank at lsa, in the hangar where you repair planes

This has been suggested recently. We might make it so some vehicles get fully repaired to their original state (e.g Hydra), but some will most likely stay as they are. One of those is Rhino for reasons that were mentioned in this topic. I don't believe there are many vehicles above 1,000 HP anyway.
