More than enough. Even a 330W PSU would do perfectly fine with a GTX 1050Ti and i5 7400.

I say you get a 400-500W one just in case you upgrade your components some time later to something better. You don't really need many watts PSU unless you want to spend a lot of cash for nothing. Quality matters a lot too, not only watts.
