The thing is it only happened once with me never before or after that login.
and i am 100% sure i was not desynced as after even this bug i was playing (Without reconnecting) with some other players so not really desynced. How ever at that time i didnt really tried relogging and when i relogged later in evening it was fixed so yea idk what was that.

I had the exact same problem, fixed it by reconnecting.

This bug most probably happens when the client is unable to render the area correctly, it could be for any reason. Therefore fixing the bug is only possible at the client side and not at the server side (reconnecting should fix the problem).
