And you know according to current updates I feel dragging is easy. So why not make it equal?

How is dragging easy? Current state of server allows everyone in the server to have a free VIP packet (almost every cafe player has it), they have cuff kit and will literally auto BC whenever you cuff them, that combined with their teams which consist of more people with VIP packets, by the time you cuff a single player(if you're lucky auto BC doesn't work), you will already be dead. Let's not forget the rammers but I doubt with the current state, you will be rammed since you will be struggling to drag

And I think that will unbalance the system, since criminals already have more shocks than cops etc.
