Too good idea it will reduce the evasions..

I'd say go ahead for this better idea, I wish the system changes will have a positive impact overall.

I understood that you want to do the rejail after quitting when you were jailed and rehit after you get hitted when you had a hit 7 days, but keep the 30 minute rule.

I think you should do this about the jail, because it would reduce /q abuse, but not for hit because as you said people might have to go.

However I don't understand what you are trying to suggest clearly. Please explain better.

So you are removing the time limit. Okay. What's the 7 day timer for? There's ambiguity in your suggestion, please explain!
