Cheating should, no matter what, be a permanent ban.
If you ‘love’ the server so much, why cheat?

Ultimately you meant permanently ban those who got unban and use cheat again. It would double up staff work.
If i think more it will decrease Ban evading.
I am currently neutral on this suggestion.
What?
I meant that if a hackor gets banned for limited days and after getting unban he use it again. Wouldn't it double up staff work?
But yeah this suggestion will decrease ban evading. That's why I am neutral.

Note that there are different types of cheaters. There are those with 0 score who just come to kill some people with guns while in the air and end up getting banned within 30 minutes. For those, I don't really care if it's permanent ban or what because everyone knows that they are here just for a little bit of fun and that they won't try getting unban.

However, there are those little bit more experinced who just got a bit bored so they didn't know what to do but to install cheats and have some fun. I can completely understand that, so why wouldn't guys like Davidscorp just get like 2 months ban for whatever he did (can't remember) instead of permanent ban. Once he gets unbanned, of course he would be more watched and observed, not some big deal. What's more, many of them would learn their lessons after waiting that big period out.

Take an example of Lando
He chit he ban he donate he unban he repeat
Do we need chitters ?NO

In this case, temporary ban would have been much better solution. Mutual profit - server would get donations and he would be moved away from server for some time.

+1, because of that we only keep losing players and not gain any

For example: Enes was recently banned for cheats (aimbot I assume. I would give him 2 month ban and remove everything he gained from cheating (most of his money(said in unban appeal) and some score). That would be fair in my opinion.

Here's the thing Lumix...
No one gets permanently banned honestly, unless you ban evade many times and really harm the community (vainsmoker for example).
Now its true that it might show the message "permanently banned" in your screen, but after some months, if you understood your mistake and be honest, they give you a chance. Actually the staff team is very tolerant to these cases.
However if a player cheats and gets banned for 3 months, I doubt he will make an unban application, but wait his time and do it again since he would think that he doesn't get permanently banned by that. But, if you are honest and apologize, you have more reason not to cheat again.
So basically you are suggesting something that it kinda exists already but obviously its not official. They do unban permanent bans, once a long time has passed (a year for example) and the users apologize about it and show that they regret what they did. Everyone has a bad past and they mature over years, especially from age to 13-17 years old, so chances are given.
About you saying that permanent bans should be removed, I disagree because as I said, users would cheat again because they will think that they only get temporary banned.

The server does not lack donations. The monthly limit was complete the first day of this month. Is that not proof enough? Also I kind of agree with Geri. The server does make exceptions for those who deserve it. No need to change anything.

+1 some people use cheats as they think it's allowed like any other freeroam server etc so i think there should be something like rules quiz or sth when they rulebreak ban them for 2 months or so and before letting them into the server once again warn them that they will be asked couple of questions regards the server rules, if they pass it they get unbanned otherwise choose whatever action you want

You guys very well know something like this can never happen
It would be unfair to the ones who have been banned since years and never got a chance and to the ones who were recently banned

All times are UTC
