Well, i don't really know why players of the community don't vote on my suggestion but it has been inactive post since while.

More opinions please. We need to have a great feedback before coming to a conclusion.

He's right. This is unfair and it should be taken into consideration. Why anyone should have that unfair advantage? It becomes even more difficult for a Hitman to take the hit.
Hitmen are already facing the unfair allowance of getting cuffed, they don't deserve to face any other unfair action.

We would like to inform you that this is being taken into consideration and has been added to TO-DO list.

However we are still quite unsure due to the lack of feedback. If you could dedicate a few minutes to reply to this it would be really appreciated.

It's the same thing when a civilian is drivign and a wanted is on the top of the car, when a civilian is driving and a cop is on the of the car etc. And in all those cases, it's allowed.

anyway yeah I'm +1 on the suggestion, someone jumps on your car? Simply stop, get out and he'll have no choice but to run or fight the hitman.

Once v9 is released, you'll be able to damage a vehicle if there's someone on top of it that you can damage.
For example, a cop can shoot a civilian's car if there's a wanted suspect on top of it.
