How To Suggest
1. Before making suggestion try to find an answer by searching the archives of the forum using Search function. Maybe it's already been suggested.
2. Try to find an answer by browsing suggestions topic.
Rules
Only SWAT members can create a suggestion. If you are non SWAT member and you have some suggestion please contact SWAT group commander.

So in swat's one it is clear that a non member can only send suggestions to commanders and in army there is not written about anything related to non-members stuff.

And I've not seen any non member suggesting in army/swat suggestion head. So basically no one knows its allowed or not. If it is then it must be mentioned.

So,
I have respect for both the factions. I am not trying to disrespect any of one.
I am trying to make y'all understand that there should be a separate head for it where non members can vote and members can give opinion as there do exist some love and benefits which some want to keep which i agree. Literally getting out of comfort zone is difficult so some want it and raise in negative for any nerf. I do respect all votes afterall its their point of view.

To make my suggestion and what I want to convey, I will attach latest 10 suggestion of both the faction.

You'll see 99% are of improving and that's good. I am not complaining that why everyone is making suggestion for improving factions.
I've mentioned these as to proove that by adding a public suggestions head. You'll see both nerf and buff suggestions. You should relate it.

Better solution: make faction suggestions nonexistent and consider them as regular suggestions, since it makes no sense to have separate sections for factions and players who aren’t in said factions, you are in a community meaning the community should take a vote in regards to how the faction should be, ofc the rational thinkers in the community should be the ones to sort out which can be useful and what won’t however as a community we are in this together, it causes too much of a superiority complex to have a members only suggestions page for factions, groups etc it excludes anyone who would disagree with said changes they might make and causes biased opinions that inturn creates a division in the community which is the opposite of what a community even is.

I haven't read all of the replies here, but I don't see why some of you think it's not fine for non-faction members to create faction related suggestions. Just because one is not a member it doesn't mean they can't be objective and suggest changes.

Everyone should have the right speak and express their opinions. There is a big difference between personally pming a Commander and publicly creating a suggestion, letting everyone see it and being able to reply aswell.

We can possible create a sub-section in Server Suggestions section which will be called ''Faction Related Suggestions''.

SWAT and Army suggestion forums will stay and I do not believe they are an issue. I do, however, agree that everyone should be allowed to comment on these suggestions (regardless if they are members of the factions or not), and for suggestions to be accepted from these sections, we'll want feedback from non-faction members as well. However, the sections do NOT permit you guys from creating your own suggestion topics. That's because you are supposed to use this section.

I see that the army immunity poll only went through army which I agree is unfortunate. Faction leaders can choose to accept replies on topics such as these, if they don't we will consider if there's a need to create another poll for the community.

The faction suggestions forums have been there for years and for good reasons. It would get extremely messy if suggestions irrelevant to the server script was placed here rather than in their sections. Keep in mind that there are suggestions that don't directly affect the gameplay of criminals. One example could be forum suggestions or quality of life updates. Non faction members have always been able to write suggestions and here and they always have.
