Swat Bomb [DENIED]

Your tolerance to Swat bomb is zero, it seems. I could also suggest to remove shock gun, but we all know that's not going to happen. It's not even been 6 months since the new swat bomb was implemented (correct me if I'm wrong). We as players always try to find reasons such as: "The game is boring, swat bomb is op" but why can't we just have some fun.
Hitman you are an incredible guy and an amazing dueler, sometimes you single handedly kill a group of 5 Leo's. Don't you feel those cops might also suggest 'remove shocks cause shocks op'. No, they don't do it cause they want that satisfaction of arresting/killing you and thus they try to unreasonable. I'm happy with the current gameplay as it is.
And it's not necessary Swat should kill you, it is their right to bomb and drag you without having to fight you.

I request you to play as criminal these days. You'll get to know.
I literally see it happening.
1 bike rider(criminal) running and swat uses swat bomb. And the rider gets out and can't use shock and is easily dragged. Very fair. Isn't it

Basic rules should be added, as ducati said it's shouldn't be allowed to use in situations 1v1, 2v2. Another good idea would be to allow it only against highly wanted and most wanted suspects and medium who are teaming with highly wanted or most wanted suspect.

Idk guys why are you thinking that swat bomb is op. Like if a single swat member bombs the bunch of criminals car he can't do anything. And also we have to go base after bombing someone if you want to avoid the bomb you can Jsb and there are many ways to escape. I mostly play at late night most of the cafe players sh kill me but I don't cry. You guys were crying to remove old swat bomb and now you are trying to remove this one too. Play as a swat then you will know how's hard to manage 3 or 4 criminals at the same time when playing solo. about the rule system I totally disagree with that, there are a lot of report hunters who always ready to report swat member. It'd be hard to confirm how many criminals are there before the bombing.

I'm agreed with cena and as you can see there's new people joined in swat ( Including me ) as some of them don't even have roadblock, when you kill them by doing /sh did they cried like you to remove sh ? No! because they know it's useless to make suggestion to remove sh and if you want to make rules like tank so remember that also army's tank has ( 8k hp ).

If all the swat bomb does is shut off the engine of the car then really what’s the problem? I mean before the swat bomb was annoying because it was a instrument of death used by a faction that’s main priority is to arrest, now it’s not, so I can’t really see where the complaint is, It’s not like you can’t fight back for find tactics around said issue, maybe if instead of resorting to intentionally abusing bugs you’d see that this suggestion wasn’t a great idea.

So kindly place some limitations since everyone has the ability to use it. Everyone gets promotion too easily that they activate the usage of bomb. Make some limitations that they cannot use bomb on suspect who is yellow and not teaming up with anyone or otherwise. Mostly -1 will be coming up from faction members since they know they dont have any skills to arrest criminals other than the perks which they get.

I have problem because each time an update has been implemented, the developers dont think about consequences of it and apply it blindly just because of high command of both factions.

what if there is only 1 swat member with swat bomb and you guys are like 5-6 together cophunting? think from both the sides. and most of them are BM loaded(they can have jsb easily).
