I would rather go for both of them. By asking questions again and again what do you want to provew hen you failed to argue with me? If vortex had 10k HP (or if tank had 1k HP as in back times), I could match vortex with tank. When tank had 1k HP, it had rules, just for your information.

They don’t get warned because civilians don’t completely die because of vortex shooting and besides that they will get auto-disarmed which is equal to a warning and annoying. Disarm is the solution for it.
Will the tank user get disarmed while shooting innocent? No. while a vortex user will. Compare things sensibly.

I have decided to offer a replacement for the Vortex to groups that already have it. They may choose any vehicle to replace their Vortex provided the area has enough space to accommodate their vehicle of choice.

It has also been decided that no more Vortexes will be approved.

Moreover, I've also decided to look into this problem and I shall make sure that the use of the vehicle is discouraged by means of altering the way the auto-aim works on it.

Very nice, add /bc /q rule, now remove vortex, what's next? Disable free weapons for bounty hunter? Or injections for cops when spawn?

You asked me whether there is a special vehicle in Swat or not and I said you have and I named it. It's not completely OP as I told you why would I consider it a bit OP.
Skills have to do with the /q. If you guys would be skilled to fight back instead of dragging, then I wouldn't have use /q. I know that you guys are unskilled and you will drag instead of fighting back so that gives me a reason to /q instead of going to jail. I never said if I'm skilled or not, you guys are S.W.A.T Not me. you guys should prove your skills. Besides that I'm not that good in dueling and If yeah, you want to have a dueling competition then meet me in game and place a bet. We will see who is skilled.

Even though I rarely use the Vortex, I don't see that a good update. You do realize what happened when Tamer disabled the vortex drive-by shooting? Most of the players disagreed and the update was discarded.

Nevertheless, it's all the senior's decision and it's out of hands now. Criminals have literally no way to escape except stunting.
