Once There Were two Criminals Mr.Hoseason And James Roaming In The Los Santos,they were not friends,but once cops chased them both and one man (Mr.Hoseason) was almost arrested,the other guy (James) helped him,and later they were united,they were too hard to be taken down because of their Tactics,but they needed more gangsta to join them and be stronger and clean the city full of cops

14. You must obey the higher rank than yours higher rank means more experienced especially leaders.
15.You're not allowed to ask for promotion, You'll get promotion when you deserve in the eyes of Leader,Founder,
16. You may earn demotion by asking it,breaking rules,and asking for promotion.
