'Useless donation item', you say? How are the explosive bullets that are purely cosmetics useful. How are jailcards useful if you never goto jail? How are drugs useful if you don't even use /take drugs? Nothing is useful until you actually use it. This might be of no use to someone but some people who like to have good kdr might find this useful? Although kdr shouldn't be someone's concern but what if it is, should be none of our business, there is no harm if this gets implemented if the developers have time to implement this. Of course this is a very low priority when compared to the recent suggestions but still I don't get why so many negatives

Explosive bullets are for Free no one pays for it its given for free.

You have to buy a DP to get them, they come 'free' when you buy a donation point, you have to pay for a dp to get them, not so free

A donation item to reset you're kdr is not needed because no one else can see you're kdr also assuming there is an item to reset kdr hardly 2-3people would buy it and only once like just think an item like this wont be bought more than once as it doesn't gives an advantage nor any benifits.

Basically it isn't needed at all. It's a semi roleplayish server so we shouldn't give importance to kill-death ratio. And you know to increase kdr deathmatch can increase.As to boost k/d some people will boost it by deathmatching.
